RECRUITMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM (RIP) FOR PMAS MEMBERS 2020 :

 

HOW IT WORKS

1. PMAS will make available $4,000 covering 3 months for members to claim their advertising fees when they put up job advertisements

to hire staffing.

 

Advertising can be in the form of Newspapers, Online Job Sites – JobStreet, STJobs and Social Media platforms - Facebook, Twitter,

LinkedIn……

 

2. A total of $8,000 will be made available for members to claim from PMAS their advertisement fees.

 

3. Recruitment Incentive Program will run for a period of 6 months

 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMING

1. Claim will be on first come first serve basis.

 

2. Each member only allowed 1 claim (1 invoice)

 

3. Amount claimable is 50% of advertisement fee (GST not claimable) cap up to max $80.

 

4. Members MUST attach advertisement invoice to make the claim.

 

5. Qualifying period for claim:

MARCH – MAY 2020 &

JUNE – AUGUST 2020

 

6. Once the 1st quarter of $4000 funding depleted, no further claims will be entitled until the next quarter.

 

7. To be eligible, Members Annual subscription must not be in arrears.
